Orleans County DPW Building Addition

DPW building. The program includes four (4) private offices, three (3) open air workspaces, an updated restroom, a new Mother’s Room, new printing area, updated finishes to the existing conference room and other interior spaces. The building will consist of CMU water table with a Metal Panel Facade, concrete masonry walls and sloped steel roof framing, and metal deck roof with EPDM. The building addition interior fit out would include architectural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work to support the above noted program (fire protection not included). Alternates for this project include an added cost for all labor, materials and equipment necessary and incidental for the renovations of the existing DPW Office Spaces as indicated as alternate 1, in the construction documents, notes and specifications dated May 1, 2023 as well as an added cost for all labor, materials and equipment necessary and incidental for Exterior Painting as indicated as alternate 2, in the construction documents, notes and specifications dated May 2023.
