In accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the Town of Canandaigua, located at 5440 Route 5 & 20 West, Canandaiuga, NY 14424, until October 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The project consists of an interior renovation of the existing office space at the Canandaigua Town Hall. Work will include the creation of new enclosed offices as well as restroom revisions, HVAC revisions and general finish work throughout. Minor exterior work will include providing (1) new egress door and (1) new window.

Sealed Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract #1: General

In accordance with Section 101.5. of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, Bidders shall submit with its bid a separate sealed list that names each subcontractor that the bidder will use to perform work on the contract, and the agreed-upon amount to be paid to each, for: (a) plumbing and gas fitting, (b) steam heating, hot water heating, ventilating and air conditioning apparatus and (c) electric wiring and standard illuminating fixtures.

Project has an expected duration of 230 days.

This project requires a non-refundable fee of $180 made payable to Avalon.
