The project consists of an interior renovation of the existing office space at the Canandaigua Town Hall. Work will include the creation of new enclosed offices as well as restroom revisions, HVAC revisions and general finish work throughout. Minor exterior work will include providing (1) new egress door and (1) new window. This project will be performed under Wick’s Law and will require a total of four (4) prime contracts. Primes will include General Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical (HVAC). The building will remain owner-occupied throughout the duration of construction and construction phasing will be required

Town of Canandaigua (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Canandaigua Town Hall Renovation

In accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the Town of Canandaigua, located at 5440 Route 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, NY 14424, until December 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
